I often enjoy attending movie festivals with a diverse offerings of movies with friends. After the movie, sharing a meal is an effective way to bond. Usually, a lively discussion about the movie ensures. You can also watch a movie at home. Another option is to go out for breakfast, lunch or dinner without seeing a movie.
Have a Movie Marathon Series Party
A benefit of streaming platforms is you have the ability to watch an entire movie or television series at one sitting, or over a couple of days. For an example, I subscribe to Netflix and enjoy watchin tv series such as the Walking Dead and How to Get Away With Murder, when it was on. So, invite your friends over and stream your favorite shows.
Watch Sports/Go to a Sports Bar
Sports bars are fun places to meet a group of friends to watch your favorite sports contest. For an example, watch a football or basketball game with friends. Or, go and see the sports contest in person at an arena.
Go On a Hike or Nature Walk
Fitness is important to our overall health and well-being. Inviting a friend to join you for a nature walk is a way to hit two birds with one stone. On one hand, you are spending quality time with a friend, and at the same time you are exercising for your health.
Healthy Fruits and Vegetables Recipe Party and Potluck
Enjoy a healthy meal with your friends by sponsoring a Healthy Recipe party. The recipes must be healthy such as fruits and vegetables. Try to avoid fried foods high in saturated fats and sodium. After my family's Thanksgiving meal this year, our family played UNO and Spades. We had a lot of fun. it's been a while since I played Taboo with friends, but it is a wonderful game. Get in touch with your inner child and play games with your friends. Doing a puzzle is another fun activity. Playing games is a fun way to unwind and enjoy your friends.

Go Dancing/Dance at Home
Dancing is a great way to have fun with friends, so put on your dancing shoes. Line dancing is a lot of fun with a group of people. Be as intricate or simple as you want to be. I enjoy old school dances such as the Electric Slide, Cupid Shuffle and even Do The Hustle! Not only are you having fun with friends, but you are also getting some exercise.

Go Shopping at a Mall or Department Store
Schedule a fun outing to go shopping at the mall and have lunch or dinner afterwards. You can make a day trip out of it by going to an outlet store. Or go shopping for a specific purpose such as back-to- school, Christmas or for a birthday.
Vacation In the City-visit a museum, history center, show, etc
One way to have fun times with friends and save money is to vacation in the city. Visit your local museums, art galleries, history center, or theme park. Search the Eventbrite website to discover a host of different local activities and plan a social outing with friends.
